Meeting of KBBE Collaborative Working Group on Synthetic Biology

One of perspective directions for future is where Biosystems group could apply its computational and modelling skills in synthetic biology.

To facilitate the participation of Latvia in the joint programming of European Synthetic biology Egils Stalidzans attended this meeting to represent the country. During the meeting it turned out that the ERA-net network could be the possible future development of Synthetic biology as many countries are aiming to invest in the research of this direction.
