Quite many people from the Institute of Microbiology and Biotechnology attended the well organised 4-th conference on "Applied Synthetic biology in Europe" that was held in Toulouse, France, from October 24 to 27, 2018. Professor Uldis Kalnenieks gave a presentation on the engineering strategies of Zymomonas mobilis.
